Hinman 2021 Announces Full Slate of In-Person & Virtual Courses

Posted on Wednesday, February 10, 2021

The Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting – one of the nation’s largest dental meetings – has announced its Hinman 2021 educational program, which includes more than 45 in-person courses and more than 40 virtual courses, including live Q&A with the speakers. The 2o21 Meeting will be held March 12-13 at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center along with the option to join the meeting virtually.

“We’ve planned an exceptional program for Hinman 2021 that includes innovative live and virtual courses delivered by the world’s foremost dental experts,” said Dr. Robert J. O’Donnell, General Chair of Hinman 2021. “While observing social distancing and safety precautions, attendees can take advantage of hands-on participation courses, lectures, a scaled down exhibit hall and the keynote session. Whether they attend in person or virtually, registered professionals can meet their continuing education requirements, learn the latest developments in dentistry and connect with colleagues in new and exciting ways.”

Hinman’s livestreamed Keynote Session will be held Friday, March 12 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., with a viewing party option for in-person attendees at the College Football Hall of Fame. It will feature Air Force Colonel (Ret.) Nicole Malachowski, the first female Thunderbirds pilot and one of the first women to fly modern fighters in combat. As a leader, combat veteran, White House Fellow, and inductee into the Women in Aviation International Pioneer Hall of Fame, Nicole had a distinguished 21-year Air Force career. It came to an end when a devastating tick-borne illness left her unable to speak or walk for 10 months. Nicole will share how she fought back, and other stories from her career and personal life, that will inspire you to rethink the challenges you face every day.
