Relationship Selling in Dentistry

In our daily interactions with patients we are confronted with an assortment of human behavior, which can be further amplified by the stress of visiting the dentist. Dentists must develop two skills that I believe are critical to interact with patients and develop lasting relationships—emotional intelligence and empathy.
