Sendoline is a Swedish manufacturing company founded in 1917. The company develops, manufactures and markets dental products in the field of endodontics. Sendoline’s core products are root canal instruments, endodontic files, the mechanical cleaning systems S1 and S5 and SendoSeal MTA, Sendoline’s new bio-compatible and MTA-based root canal sealer.
One of Sendoline´s earlier product innovations was the Hedström file (also known as the H-File), developed in the 1940s and still one of the most widely used files worldwide. The introduction of the S-file in the 1980s is another example of Sendoline’s contribution to endodontics.
Sendoline products will be included in the product range of Directa as of January 1st 2021. The acquisition of Sendoline strengthens Directa’s endodontic products portfolio and further strengthens the position of Directa as a manufacturer of premium products
