Knight Dental Group, Inc. announced the completion of a 100 percent asset investment in York Dental Laboratory, Inc.

The recent acquisition will strengthen Knight’s presence in the North Eastern US which began with the acquisitions of three dental laboratories in the New York area, one in Baltimore, MD and most recently with Precision Craft Dental Laboratory in Rhode Island.
