Delta Dental of New Jersey to Limit Disruptions from Hurricane Sandy

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Dental of New Jersey is taking action to ensure dental health needs continue to be met, in spite of disruptions caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Delta Dental of New Jersey's office opened on Thursday, November 1, at 8 a.m. and will remain open daily during business hours until 4 p.m. There are limited service capabilities due to the storm's aftermath, but Delta Dental is working hard to be at full strength as soon as possible.

The website ( remains available 24/7 for inquiry functions in Benefits Connection and Find a Dentist. At this time, Delta Dental of New Jersey may not be able to receive claims or eligibility over the Internet.

Members in an area affected by Hurricane Sandy and who have a dental emergency are encouraged to seek emergency care. Members can use the Find a Dentist search to locate a participating dentist. Please ask the dentist to indicate treatment was for a dental emergency and submit the claim to:
