Primobase high strength base plates from primotec USA are ideal for bite registration, set-up and try-in of full and partial dentures. Due to Primobase’s 1.2mm thickness, there is hardly any need to adjust and / or shorten denture teeth to match the given vertical dimension during set-up.
The unique chemical composition of light cured Primobase plates provides about the same strength as conventional custom impression tray materials. Primobase is extremely stable and fits so well that the base plate with the set-up teeth “adheres” to the palate during the try-in. The material is not sticky and handles easily for efficient working with greatly improved results.
