MonoTrac’s Occlu-Tray is a reusable all metal rigid tray that cannot distort, torque or flex, like a plastic tray. The Occlu-Tray rim design has no mesh, allowing maximum intercuspal position (MIP) to be precisely replicated into the impression.
To ensure a precision model, the impression is cast in place directly onto a Monotrac Articulator capturing the patient’s bite exactly as taken. The Occlu-Tray helps the dental laboratory achieve a consistently high degree of accuracy in precision fitting restorations, which saves time and money by lessening the occurrence of remakes and chair time.
