The Wand®

The Wand® handpiece is used in conjunction with the STA Single Tooth Anesthesia System® unit. STA with Dynamic Pressure Sensing Technology (DPS™) is a computer-controlled local anesthetic delivery instrument that produces local anesthesia below the patient’s pain threshold, resulting in a virtually pain-free injection.

It guides the clinician to the proper injection site to perform STA-Intraligamentary Injections, which can replace the mandibular block. The pencil-grip Wand handpiece is ergonomically designed for precision and accuracy.
