Jensen’s Preciso M500 is a 5-axis industrial mill specifically designed for dental laboratories that provides increased productivity and access to innovative materials from 3M ESPE, including Lava™ Plus High Translucency Zirconia and Lava™ Ultimate Restorative, as well as Jensen Digital Consumables, including Jensen HT Zirconia, and Wax. The machine's smart, 5-axis milling can be used for full contouring, undercuts and other complex restorations. The frame hopper of the M500 makes it possible to load and unload a variety of material types without interrupting the milling process—up to 21 frames with as many as 10 units per frame. The design eliminates the need for spring retainers and boasts an easy-view window and adjacent touch-screen control center to show exactly where it is in a milling cycle. Because the M500 tool changer holds 31 tools up to 50 mm in length, the tool portfolio can be changed to fit a variety of materials and indications and can continuously produce restorations for up to 76 straight hours.
