ACTEON North America’s new AIR-N-GO® powders, created by SATELEC, were designed to provide gentle care and effective prophylaxis of subgingival treatments. The grain structure of each type of powder was specifically chosen to give an efficient and painless polishing and cleaning, and causes no damage to the tooth or implant. This range is available in seven different powders. The AIR-N-GO® “CLASSIC” is a sodium bicarbonate based powder with less aggressive geometry. It comes in five 100% natural fresh flavors including peppermint, lemon, raspberry, cola, and neutral. The AIR-N-GO® “PEARL” is based on natural calcium carbonate and consists of microspheres that are gentle on delicate tissues. The AIR-N-GO® “PERIO” is a glycine-based powder that helps to prevent and fight periodontal and peri-implantitis diseases subgingivally.
