Midmark Corporation introduced the Midmark Elevance™ Continental Delivery Unit, which features a new, ergonomic design for a greater range of positioning. Transthoracic positioning allows minimal reach for the clinician, and the unit can also be positioned to the patient’s right (or left) shoulder and remain ergonomically correct. By offering five utility presets for up to three unique users on each delivery head, Elevance Delivery Systems eliminate the need to adjust settings multiple times during the day.

Sirona is expanding its orthodontic product line with the new CEREC Ortho software for orthodontic scanning, shown as a work in progress at the Annual Session of the American Association of Orthodontists in April. Orthodontists can prepare a digital model of the entire arch through a patent-pending scanning process and the data can be exported for treatment planning.
