Air Techniques, Inc. announced ScanX Intraoral View as the next generation of digital radiography systems for all intraoral formats. This new scanner features a large touchscreen and the capability of scanning up to four plates simultaneously.
The ScanX Intraoral View digital radiography system enables the intuitive, efficient and time-saving digitization of PSPs for all intraoral formats, sizes 0-4. Its large touchscreen, easy-to-use interface, and multiple slots for simultaneous scanning contribute to this. Thanks to WiFi, the device is exceptionally flexible. This makes PSP diagnostics quicker, more reliable and more convenient with the ScanX Intraoral View.
“ScanX offers many advantages from switching to a digital workflow,” said Jonathan Newman, Air Techniques’ Digital Imaging Product Manager. “The new ScanX Intraoral View features many state-of-the-art functions while still offering the typical ScanX advantages such as high-resolution image quality, patient comfort, and affordability. We are excited to offer this new system as part of the ScanX family of digital radiography systems.”
The high-resolution touchscreen can display 16.7 million colors and provides excellent image quality. ScanX Intraoral View features a preview function for the scanned image, allowing X-ray results to be quickly checked. The WiFi allows the ScanX Intraoral View to be easily integrated into an existing network.
