Hahn™ Implants from Glidewell: Renowned Quality, Affordably Priced
SPECIAL REPORT: Implants/Regeneration
Detroit-area clinician Timothy Kosinski, DDS, MAGD, was first introduced to Glidewell about 13 years ago. Since then, working primarily with the company's Hahn™ Tapered Implant System, he has been providing his patients, "a great service at a fair price."
"I remember being at a dental meeting and met with the Glidewell folks and learned about their Inclusive® technique. This included an implant, healing abutment, temporary abutment, temporary crown, final abutment, and final BruxZir® crown for a set price," he recollects. "I was left with the idea that they were of the same belief as I was trained: teeth come first, and emergence profile and smile design were paramount. Surgical placement was based first on tooth position, and not just available bone. I was enamored and began my relationship with Glidewell."
This relationship blossomed further with the introduction of the Hahn implant, says Kosinski, an affiliated adjunct clinical professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. "The quality of Glidewell's products combined with an appealing price point meet my practice's needs perfectly."
Glidewell provides excellent custom work from the simplest single implant restoration to full-arch implant-retained prostheses and overdentures, Kosinski exclaims. "The quality is perfect. I am able to place 70 to 100 implants per month at a reasonable cost to my patients and provide them the highest quality prosthetics at a fair price. This means I am always busy. And the clinical results are just outstanding."
Kosinski describes the support he receives from Glidewell Lab as "second to none." "Any problems are addressed with the implant team there quickly. If an implant does not integrate or there are issues with any restoration, they replace the product without question. Support in diagnosing and planning challenging cases is done via photos or Zoom meetings. Nothing is left to chance, and they are always there for advice and guidance."
With Hahn implants, Kosinski believes he is providing his clients "the highest quality implant made in the USA." According to the company, the implant has a 99.2% survival rate while offering high primary stability and a simple, efficient surgical protocol. "Their warranty to the implant and [BruxZir] prosthetics is just unheard of in the field," he adds.
In an era where implant dentistry has become big business, Kosinski has found a home with Glidewell. "The Glidewell team is family to me. They have helped me develop my practice to incredible heights and are always there to guide and help create the best of the best," he says. "My patients truly appreciate the quality and cost savings we provide compared to many of my colleagues. And they appreciate the final results. The Hahn implant is my implant of choice, no question."
