IPS e.max Press can look back on more than 15 years of clinical success and 97,8% survival rate**. The restorations fabricated with the material are customizable, esthetic and precise. The material is characterized by high strength and excellent fracture toughness (2.5-3 MPa x m1/2), including a biaxial flexural strength of 470 MPa. This establishes a sound basis for long-lasting restorations. Several restorations can be produced with one ingot in one press cycle, which greatly enhances the dental lab’s performance and throughput. The time-consuming build-up of restorations is eliminated when the IPS e.max Press Multi ingot is used: The world's first press ingot to feature a lifelike progression of colour additionally streamlines the workflow of the dental laboratory.
