Pacific Dental Services (PDS®), one of the country’s leading dental support organizations (DSO), honored clinical leaders and employees at the company’s eXtraordinary Performance (XP) event in Las Vegas. The three-day event kicked off on April 25 at the Bellagio Resort, with more than 2,300 PDS team members and guests in attendance.
The conference featured powerful keynotes from “Good Morning America’s” Robin Roberts and Armando Perez, aka Pitbull. Roberts addressed a standing-room-only crowd on the power of leadership and positivity, underscoring the “Healthier and Happier” conference theme. Like Roberts, Pitbull emphasized the importance of turning negatives into positives and the hard work required to achieve success, before surprising guests with a live concert. PDS recognized top performers from across the organization for their contributions to the company’s continued success and underscored how their commitment to clinical excellence has helped patients and communities become healthier and happier.

Throughout the event, Thorne emphasized the importance of both caring for and serving other people while investing in personal and professional development to reach your potential. He also outlined how the dental industry will evolve and how each PDS team member contributes to achieving the company’s vision to be the Greatest Dental Company in America.
PDS reinforced the company’s model of Clinicians Leading Clinicians in Clinical Excellence® throughout the event as new dentists collaborated with more experienced practice owners to find their personal vision for success Attendees participated in over 80 breakout sessions focused on both “Healthier” and “Happier,” including such topics as enhancing patient care, the clinical experience, trustworthy relationship-building, public speaking, and financial planning.
