Oral Systemic Health Conference 2016 Registration Now Open

Posted on Friday, September 25, 2015

ORLANDO, FL (PRWEB) SEPTEMBER 25, 2015 - AAOSH is rapidly becoming a, some would say THE, forum for the latest scientific findings on the relationship between oral and overall health.

“With our annual meeting in Dallas, oral systemic healthcare has taken a giant step forward" says Bobbie Delsasso, Executive Director of AAOSH. "World-class authorities delivered compelling content and actionable steps to attendees who share at least one common trait: a commitment to advancing and enlarging the movement to where the science is taking us – a nation of healthier people,” concludes Delsasso.

Among the topics presented at this year’s Scientific Session were oral cancer, airway/obstructive sleep apnea, and inflammation. Wellness was also a major focus, with top experts from the Cooper Clinic presenting about fitness, nutrition, wellness, and cardiology.

The Meeting's unofficial start was a tour of the Cooper Clinic. "A particular treat for me, and terrific way to kick off the Meeting, was the honor and privilege of visiting the Cooper Campus." says Daniel A. 'Danny' Bobrow, president of AIM Dental Marketing, and AAOSH's Founding Executive Committee Chair.

Attendees were given the opportunity to participate in health screenings—including antioxidant levels using the biophotonic scanner, carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) ultrasound, blood tests for inflammatory biomarkers, and salivary diagnostics: all at a significant discount. Over 300 tests were administered over the course of the three-day event.

The 6th Annual AAOSH Scientific Session will take place September 16-17 in Orlando, Florida. To learn more about AAOSH and its events, please visit https://www.AAOSH.org.
