“David Itzkoff has received recognition from his colleagues in the dental profession for many years along with their gratitude for his tireless commitment to public health and the welfare of persons with disabilities,” says Fred Berk, Vice President of Pulpdent and son of founder Harold Berk. “We salute Dr. Itzkoff, and we thank him for his exemplary efforts to improve access for underserved patients.”
