Dentsply Sirona's women's workshop started with a preview of their new concept for Celtra with Kim Lucka at "The Woman Workshop: Beauty in Everything." In the first technical section, the participants worked with Celtra Press and Celtra Ceram to create two anterior veneers with a stain and glaze technique and two anterior crowns with a veneering "touch-up" concept. All participants closed this part with great results and learned more about how the materials provide easy handling with consistent outcomes.
The second part of the workshop dealt with the impact of colors on charisma and how this effects the technicians' counterparts. This included basic knowledge about personality development for women on the job as dental technicians and how to conduct a conversation with the dentist as a customer.
