New Roland Care Onsite Services Expands Options for Owners of Roland Dental Devices

Roland DGA has announced the launch of Roland Care Onsite Services – a new program that expands the service options available to US-based owners of Roland dental devices, including the company’s DWX series milling machines. Roland Care Onsite Services supplements Roland DGA’s existing dental dealer support network throughout the country to ensure a better overall customer experience.

“By giving users the choice of having their devices serviced by either an authorized Roland dealer or a certified Roland Care technician, we’ll be able to optimize customer convenience as well as response and repair times,” said Ron Ball, Roland DGA’s Senior Director of Service. “Another benefit of using Roland Care Onsite Service is that no shipping of the device is required – a highly trained technician comes out to the user’s location. It’s all part of our ongoing commitment to providing not only top-quality products, but also the best service and support in the industry.”

Customers can set up a Roland Care Onsite Service appointment either through an authorized Roland dental dealer, or by submitting an online request at the Roland Care Support page of the Roland DGA website.
