The Dental Services Group team of 39 laboratories have put big initiatives into place to help the network of DSG labs deliver quality products consistently, innovate to bring cutting-edge offerings to their dentists, and reduce costs. Pulling these three objectives into a single plan was no easy task, as many of them seemed to be at odds with one another. Cutting costs while innovating, for instance, seemed to be the most at odds, but these issues were both critical.
