I graduated from The Ohio State University, where I earned degrees in both molecular genetics and dentistry. I loved science, the fine arts, and education, so I found dentistry to be a perfect career. After graduation, I continued my education in prosthodontics, technology, and esthetics, and I also became a certified dental technician. Since then, I have been traveling the world, educating and training thousands of dentists around the globe on how to integrate exciting, fast-growing technologies into their practices and understand the complexities of getting these systems to work seamlessly together for the benefit of the patient. In 2015, multiple cases of thermal injuries in the dental industry came to light, so I started a relentless search for a high-speed dental handpiece that generated limited to no heat when in use.
