Digital Immediate Loading Full Arch Implant Restorations
Our protocol for immediate loading of Full- Arch Implants includes the extraction of all non-salvageable teeth, implant placements, abutment placements, intraoral scans with scan bodies placed on the abutments, scanning with an intra-oral scanner and in house milling on the day of the surgery.
The information referred to the esthetics and centric and vertical dimension of occlusion are gathered with the extra-oral 3-D facial scans, 2-D photographs and intra-oral scans prior to surgery. The day of extractions and implant surgery, abutments and intra-oral scan bodies are placed and scanned and initial designs are merged with anatomical landmarks. The PMMA prosthesis is milled In-House following merging of the initial and post implant placement digital scans and the design of the new teeth the day of the surgery.

Design and Technology: Immediate Loading for Esthetic Outcomes
Esthetic implant dentistry requires an understanding of implant design, hard tissue maintenance, and generation of proper soft tissue architecture. This lecture will demonstrate how implant design effects the ability to immediate load the restoration based on primary stability. This lecture will also cover temporization in the anterior and techniques to alter the gingival biotype and achieve highly esthetic implant restorations. |

Clinical Evidence for rehabilitation with Zygomatic Implants
This lecture will cover treatment for the severely atrophic maxilla and the use of implants placed in the zygoma. It will include the use of single zygomatic implants, hybrid zygoma implants, and quad zygoma case types with and without implants placed in the pterygoid region. This lecture will review prophylactic treatments and evidence-based approaches to surgical procedures and protocols. Conservative osteotomy preparation with a focus on prosthetically guided implant placement, along with both soft and hard tissue considerations will be discussed. |

SURGICAL TRACK: Innovative Solutions for Demanding Indications - Narrow/short/Zi
Placing a dental implant in the ideal position requires a minimum of bone availability as well as sufficient prosthetic space to place a prosthetic crown where the biological space and important anatomical structures are respected. Implants with reduced diameter and length are important in cases where there is not enough bone availability as well as reduced prosthetic space. The use of narrow and short implants is an excellent option for the rehabilitation of these cases. |

DIGITAL TRACK: Photogrammetry with the Right Material Selection/Science
With the competitive demand of photogrammetry in the implant world, there is a level of accuracy that can only be achieved by appropriate materials and technology used. We’ll discuss the use of photogrammetry, it’s benefits, material science, limitations of photogrammetry and what should be done or what should be absolutely avoided for Full arch Digital workflow. Is there better options out there in today’s market? We’ll find that out through discussion of the research done by the experts. |
