One machine that helps us stay ahead of the competition is the imes-icore CORiTEC 350i Loader milling machine, which we purchased from IMILLING. The 350i Loader is absolutely amazing; there is nothing that it cannot do. We use it for crowns, bridges, copings, frameworks, and more, using materials such as ceramics, zirconia, alloys, and wax.

I researched extensively when I was preparing to make this purchase, and I found that the 350i Loader offers the best combination of robust production capabilities and versatility at a somewhat introductory price. Unlike comparable options at its price point, it can mill full titanium pucks. With its automatic loader, the 350i Loader does not need to be constantly monitored, so we are able to keep it running 24/7. We only stop it approximately once per week for maintenance.

The 350i Loader is a great mill for complex cases. With 5-axis simultaneous wet/dry processing, it can handle all-on-four, all-on-six, Prettau bridges, and more. Then there's the 350i PRO, which provides even more options, boasting the capability to mill titanium full-arch implant bars.
